YMCA Montenegro is a new organization. They are the newest member of the European YMCA Family. For the beginning they have worked on building capacities, administration, and program development. YMCA Montenegro has been mainly supported by YMCA Europe. Further on they are moving straight forward into the program development, fundraising, application process etc.
