The YMCA house (CVJM Zentrum Hintersee) in this unique location in the Alps was the frame for a key meeting of our governance platform. Aspects such as the upcoming General Assembly in Spain, the reports from the different working groups and the follow up on previous decisions taken at the Executive Committee, were part of the agenda. A special emphasis was made on the next draft of the Strategic Plan 2016-2020, based on the analysis of the feedback received from National Movements and platforms.
We are deeply thankful to our German representatives at the Executive Committee Beate Turk and Martin Winter for their arrangements and, very specially, to the team of the YMCA at Hintersee for their warm hospitality. Together with the leaders of YMCA Germany at the national level, they made us feel at home with an excellent combination of effective work and a wonderful "Alpen Experience".
