The major aim of the activity is to enhance the capacity of young people to act as advocates and multipliers of peace and reconciliation in their respective communities, through sharing the experience and know-how of YMCA Europe in conflict transformation work.
Utilizing the various tools, frameworks, and perspectives gained through the sessions participants will be encouraged to design and elaborate peace activism ideas that they can implement in the future as a follow-up activity to this study session. The ideas can be both local and cross-border initiatives. The most relevant and feasible ideas will receive institutional and/or financial support from YMCA Europe.
