YMCA Europe is excited to announce that the General Assembly 2025 will take place in Brussels, Belgium from 22nd to 25th May 2025.
The event will be hosted at The Full Circle Brussels (89 Ch. de Vleurgat, Brussels 1050, Belgium) and will start by registering the delegates on the 22nd of May from 14.00CET.
Registration Details:
- Registration Fee: 450 EUR (includes programme costs, materials, use of facilities, dinner on 22nd May, and lunch & dinner on 23rd and 24th May).
- Programme Duration: Starts on 22nd May at 3:00 PM and concludes late evening on 24th May.
Please note that the registration fee does not include accommodation, transportation, or visa-related costs.
Accommodation Options:
A limited number of beds have been reserved at Jacques Brel Hostel (Rue de la Sablonnière, 30 – 1000 Brussels) and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis in the following room types:
- Double Rooms: 4 rooms
- Triple Rooms: 6 rooms
- Quadruple Rooms: 3 rooms
- 6-Bed Rooms: 2 rooms
Cost for 3 Nights (22nd to 25th May): 125 EUR per person (including breakfast).
Each room includes bed linen, showers, and sinks, with shared toilet facilities.
